We’re delighted to announce that planning permission has been granted for our contemporary replacement farmhouse on the outskirts of Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire.
Set within 1.74 acres of private land, the scheme reimagines a traditional farmhouse with a bold, contemporary design. The 2.5-storey main house is complemented by a series of glazed links to outbuildings including a large garage with guest suite and home office, a dedicated entertainment space, and a detached garden room with an outdoor kitchen.
The home is crafted to blend with its rural setting through high-quality materials and thoughtful landscaping. Formal gardens, a kitchen orchard, and wildflower meadows provide a rich setting for the architecture. Sustainability has been prioritised with integrated solar panels, EV charging, and significant biodiversity enhancements.
This project represents a confident but sensitive approach to modern rural living—and we can’t wait to see it come to life.
